Problem
The organisation needed a structured way to assess a rapidly growing number of AI use cases while also exploring how generative AI could be used securely within an institutional environment.
Solution
I evaluated more than 100 AI use cases across organisational units, developed and deployed a RAG-based LLM application on internal infrastructure, and built dashboards to support AI governance and monitoring. The work helped connect technical experimentation with broader institutional decision-making and oversight.
